Candle Care

For the best experience and your safety, please always follow the care instructions for our handmade candles. Some of our candles are intended for decoration. When you do light them, the burn time may vary due to the irregular shapes and sizes.

Here are some recommendations to keep in mind when using our candles.:

1. Remove all packaging before lighting and trim the wick to 0.5 cm to ensure even burning.

2. Place the candles on a fireproof base to protect the surrounding area. Note that the wax in Sculpture candles melts unpredictably after lighting. Place these candles on a tray, for example, to prevent damage.

3. Do not burn your candles for more than 4 hours at a time to avoid accidental dripping. If the candle drips too much, extinguish it and allow it to cool before using it again.

4. Extinguish your candles when there is 0.5 cm of wax left and do not relight. The remaining wax can be used in a wax melter/warmer.

5. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep it away from children and pets. Never burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire.

6. Keep candles out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources to preserve their shape and colour.
