Refund policy

 

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.


The period starts on the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has received the goods. If you have ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered together, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.

If you have ordered several goods in a single order and these are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you has taken possession of the last of the goods. If you have ordered goods to be delivered in several instalments or pieces, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the last instalment or piece.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (by e-mail or contact form) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

 

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will refund any payments you have made to us, excluding delivery charges, without delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your notification of cancellation.

For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, and in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided us with proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event within fourteen days of the day on which you notify us of your cancellation. The time limit is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen day period.

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
